Prototype Release 0007
Not a massive update, but added some polish and some little cutesy graphical effects and back-end tweaks
- make emblem scale with mech size properly
- add fullscreen settings
- add data reset setting
- limit color settings to 255
- add a flagpole
- add waving in the wind on the flagpole (split the image into 10 sections, then slide each up or down based on the one to it's left/right?)
- add fullscreen to settings io
- add fullscreen switcher(to actually change the engine setting)
- fix failure reset
- add health bar to friendlies
- add firepit
- scale emblem with weapon edit screen
- add hunter template (test)
- return object id for explosions
- add logic to spawn hunters(switch in mission gen)
- add obfus coordinates for simpgrade screens so they still work when player isn't near 0,0
- add hunter value to drawing mission select
- add civilian buildings
- add civilian building spawn color
