Today we will be introducing to you guys another new named NPC: Madeline Spark.
Madeline is the proprietress of a certain store that operated in Eagledeen. She is the daughter of Maxwell Spark, the senior alchemist that we have introduced a few post back. By visiting her store, Charlotte will gain access to new attires, decorations, and various condiments.
