Fullscreen Options Update

Lazr has been updated based on player feedback.

• the game's fullscreen and display options have been upgraded.
• different fullscreen modes are available, along with a 1280x720 windowed mode.
• credits have been moved to the exit screen.
• version number is now displayed on boot screen.
• boot screen has been redesigned to allow for access to options screen.

The Kickstarter is off to a good start, and Lazr has been featured in a few articles:
