Version 1.01 update

I have uploaded version 1.01 of the Monkeygrip plugin with the following changes:

• If you are also using the dual wield menu extension, this plugin now requires version 1.33 of it, and will crash if you do not have it.
• Added support from the 1.33 version of the menu extension for priority main and offhand slot names. More info on that here.
