Changelog:
* tech buildings only unlock new stuff in the following turn after fully built
* added idle animation for land units
* air units can now pass over land/sea units
* added nuclear missile silo! takes 6 turns to arm, can attack anywhere on the map for huge area damage
* fixed a bug related to infantry capturing building
* added basic A.I. opponents for offline play
