Updated to v0119d - Quality of Life Fixes

Some quality of life adjustments:

• Set game to start in full screen most > Press Alt + Enter to toggle between full screen and windowed modes.
• Main menu music volume adjusted > It was too quiet.
• Disabled overlooked debug functionality > Pointless fun, but kinda takes you out of the game.
• Improved menu navigation functionality > Navigation using keys was a bit wonky.
• Revised and added fade effect to game start button > For clarity.
• Reduced opacity of EQ bars > They were just a bit too distracting.
• Optimization > Disabled collision for objects that don't need it.
