Updated to v2.67 Menu Extension v1.32

Good evening.
I have uploaded version 2.67 of the Dual Wield plugin with the following change notes:
- Corrected an issue where the two-handed attack boost note tags on weapons were not being used in the damage calculation.
- Made a slight change to the way the plugin parses it's own note tags, for improved compatibility.
I have also uploaded v1.32 of the Menu Extension plugin, with the following fixes:
- Corrected a display issue on the base equipment scene where swapping from an offhand weapon to a shield would incorrectly show '---' instead of the current offhand attack value.
- Updated the error text thrown when a required plugin is not found.
- Corrected a display issue with YEP_StatusMenuCore where if a dual wield actor was using a two-handed weapon in his main hand, and had nothing in his offhand, the status scene would incorrectly draw a blank box where the offhand slot info should be drawn.
- Plugin parameters have been updated to take advantage of the new plugin manager, to make the display slightly easier to read.
- Corrected a display issue on YEP_PartySystem, where the offhand parameter slot name would be drawn as a different color than the names of the other parameters shown on this screen.
