Version 5.3 - The Star

Version 5.3 coming in hot off the 'Net!

This update adds the Star playbook, a charismatic artist. This could be streamer, writer, reporter, or anyone who uses their art and their words to overcome challenges. This update also adds a few factions and includes minor mechanical changes:

• Changed the burn credit rules so that you roll dice to advance faction clocks with every cred spent.
• Added the Star playbook
• Added faction turn rules
• Changed the name of the crew upgrades quarters to rooms
• Added the Prime News Network faction
