Mod Menu 1.18.1 HotFix Update

Sorry for the delay in putting these two files, was busy

• BugFix Making presets without a name now just names them "A preset".
• BugFix Loading a preset no longer softlocks the game.
• BugFix The preset list now scales with the amount of presets.
• BugFix Merged a test version with the actual Mod Menu version to ACTUALLY fix the small resolution of endscreens.

Sorry about the botched original release of 1.18.1.
Apparently i forgot to merge my Test version with the main version this time, which left a couple of fixes i made out of the release version.
