DUELIX UPDATE v1.1

This is the first update for DUELIX. What's new:

 - a new, improved look for the main menu, 

- a map with board selection (still one for now), 

- music in the main menu and during gameplay, 

- a settings button with the ability to adjust the music volume and exit the game or board,
