V0.2.7 - Memory Leak Fix & New Objects
Hello there and Happy Holidays! This update comes to patch a very nasty memory leak issue that was discovered during playtesting, while also sharing some new items that have been made for the game since the last update. This update is a bit lighter than originally planned, but I want to make sure Synthaar is on its best foot forward into the new year. I will have a Dev Log written about the future of the game's development into 2026 sometime before this year's end.
PATCH NOTES

- Atmospheric Water Generators for deserts.
- Treadmills are now fully functional.
- New high level kitchen set.
- Box coolers.
- Many new doors.
- A variety of new objects.
[CHANGED]
- Objects that come with the lot (like trees) are no longer worth any credits.
[FIXED]
- Eliminated a major memory leak.
- Characters should now pause and wait to talk to someone who is busy.
- The Career search window now accurately reports payment.
- Stopped more animations playing while paused.
- Characters are now a bit more picky when doing something while in a bad mood.
- You can no longer lose credits by placing a floor tile on top of the same tile. This also applies to walls, paint, etc.
- Added some null checks regarding calculating environment motive score.
