This update focuses on expanding the playground and tightening the overall feel of the game. I’ve added a brand-new map called Storage, built to encourage close-quarters movement, vertical play, and fast engagements. It’s already proving to be a fun space to experiment with traversal and combat flow.
Teams are now clearly defined as Red vs Blue, making matches easier to read at a glance and helping combat feel more intentional and competitive. I’ve also reworked the main menu background into a more dynamic scene so the game has a stronger presence right from launch.
On the gameplay side, the AI has been dialed back a bit — it’s no longer quite as ruthless. The goal is challenge without punishment, especially while core movement systems are still evolving.
Speaking of which: wall climbing and ledge detection are still actively being tuned. They’re close, but not perfect yet, so thanks in advance for your patience while I smooth out those edge cases and get the movement feeling just right.
As always, feedback is welcome, and I’ll keep pushing updates as this project continues to take shape.
