Added Resizing and Small Fixes

• Added Resizing
• You can now close notes with your middle click button !
• Added feature to show long content of description on hover for the main window

Fixes:

• Fixed note chip overlapping text in description if its too long
• In Main window, fixed notes using the same space as the biggest note in their row
• Fixed dragging not working properly on long notes
