updated the search engine algo in linux

the search engine algorithm is updated and its noticably faster even on large datasets.

added performance tweaks for smart validations and resource saving.

now the search launches faster and searches much faster.

i will keep making the search engine more efficent and fast. am happy to hear out how it behaves dont hesitate dropping a comment!
