New public build, v0.2.19.0!

New public build! This time we've got a new Brothel UI scene above, new character customization UI, Makeout Stance, new art including Dullahan auto-fellatio (tricksy girl!), Innkeep BJ, Kylira x Hiro, and the new Vampire Hunter animation. There's a brand new encounter with the goblin male horde, as well as a bunch of fun new scenes with the Brothel Madame, as well as new a new Innkeep scene and Dark Knight scene.
