Infinite Waves System
- Wave mode replaces continuous spawning with timed waves.
- Each wave can set: spawn rate, duration, max alive, max total spawns, kill target.
- Interlude time runs between waves.
- Per-wave enemy weights override global weights (different enemy mixes per wave).
- Wave ends when: kill target reached OR duration reached OR (max total reached AND no enemies alive).
- Optional infinite mode loops waves and applies scaling each cycle (rate/caps).
