Patch 1.0.3

Patch notes:

• Humans can't shoot through allies anymore (should add some difficulty + a level of strategy)
• Improved ranged units targeting system (ranged units make better choices)
• Added permanent bodies setting
• Fixed a bug where the player could control time while game was paused
• Reduced max concurrent sounds
• Updated to Unity 2019.3
