NPC Update Sneak Peak

Hi all,

Here's a small sneak peak to show some of the work I've been doing in Rochwood for the NPC update.

There's still a lot of other areas I plan on making changes to and what you're looking at below likely won't be the final version of Rochwood but, it's a start at least.
