NEOIA - v0.3X Release

Hello, all,

I'm happy to present new version 0.30 of the game called NEOIA with following major changes:

• special rooms are added with such as with deadly chainsaws or HP regeneration both for player and enemies
• quake-III-like runes which could increase speed or damage of the player for a short time
• 1 new enemie
• 2 new types of the weapons
• graphic of the weapons is changed
• add tile set for rooms, walls, changes in graphic of sprites of the enemies
• enemies/items lifebar and name is shown when they are under the mouse;
