Controller remap bug fix

Implemented a WIP basic remap function to allow for better customization, and hopefully fixed a bug from the early joystick detection system that created some problems for some users. 

The controls are defaulted to a PS4 layout but can now be changed to suit. Config saved in folder RWBYDATA... if you want to default your controls you can delete this folder.
