A new patch for Chessmaster's Challenge v1.7 is now here.
The major thing in this patch is the possibility for skills and spells to critical damage as a response to the recent fix on how the damage is calculated as well as INT stat now plays role as a damage booster for skill/spells, giving casters and those relying on skills/spells to deal damage a little more edge in combat. Also, another rebalances for most characters; some has undergone a rework that may change the course of battle entirely.
On top of that, several minor visual fixes are also included in this patch, and several characters get an updated character art to boot; here's an example of the character art update for Tyas:

While the development of Chessmaster's Challenge has been concluded, this update (and the update before this one) will be the first reference for the upcoming project, since most of the gameplay and the entire roster will be carried into it. This is why this game is still receiving several updates and tweaks; I hope it doesn't make any misunderstanding as I've stated that this game has already finished several months ago.
This wraps up the entire Chessmaster's Challenge development for this year. And before I forgot, since 2020 is now around the corner, I gotta say happy holidays for everyone in this server. Have a good one!
