Update v2.60, Menu Extension v1.30

Greetings. I have updated the Dual Wield plugin to correct the following bug:

• Enemies who use a normal attack will no longer cause actions sequence error messages concerning 'subject.equips' not being a function.
• The above error would not cause a crash, but the constant spamming will have caused slowdowns in the console.

I have also uploaded v1.30 of the Menu Extension, which adds the following feature:

• A new param can be drawn on the YEP status menu. Expertise (XPT) is a new param in the Parry Chance plugin that lowers a targets effective parry rate. Do not use this shortcode in the menu unless you have the latest version of the Parry Chance plugin.
