Update 3 Post Release Bug Fixes

Thank you so much to everyone who found and reported bugs with the new update. I'm really sorry that I failed to catch these before releasing it. I've just released version 4.1, which fixes the following:

1. Hose feeding now works correctly with the Eager & Devoted Feedee personalities.
2. The Eager & Devoted Feedee personalities no longer reject food once they become immobile.
3. It is no longer possible to take immobile girls out on dates if they live with you.
4. Fixed a bug causing the game to crash if you tried to persuade an enormous girl living with you to eat.
5. Removed text that stated the player had become stuffed/overstuffed if you didn't eat any food on a date.
6. You can now use weight loss medication on yourself again.
7. Restored missing dialogue text for girls unsure about hose feeding or a second meal.
