Bug Fixes

• Presents and Chimneys should no longer spawn inside objects or out of reach.
• Candy Canes are no longer impervious to snowballs and will happily let them pass through.
• Jack Frost will now spawn 40% less Goblins.
• Jack Frost will no longer attempt to return from the dead and exact his vengeance.
