A quick update (1.1)

Made some quick changes based on feedback I received :

• Boost-jump now allows for some air control
• Added a max weapon level indicator that pops up when you're near a weapon crate or pickup
• Rebinding pause actually rebinds it instead of just adding an extra pause button in addition to "V"

Also updated the default scoreboard to include the best known scores.
