German translation and some tweaks - update log (0.4.9)

The game prototype has been updated (0.4.9):

• A first version of a German game translation was added to the prototype
• After the player gets cold a short tip points to the Warmth Indicator, as on latest playtests some people missed it
• Prototype info window added
• Minor UI and typo fixes
