Major post-release patch

For the past 5 weeks since last update we have been working hard on our official Steam release, this patch includes all of those changes. In no particular order these are:

• German localization
• French localization
• Fine-tuning to character balance
• Introduction of permanent stat increase items
• Animated experience bars
• AI improvements
• Performance improvements
• UI update, better support for high-resolution displays
• A huge number of bugfixes and stability improvements
