v1.1.3 - Updates To Modes and Some fixes

- New: Aura Shield Mode which allows for creating a fading, scaling shield on the player
- New: Blackout mode which allows for creating a restricted visibility region on the player
- Fix: Homing projectiles adjusted and movement patched.
- Adjustments: Changed some plugin parameter types from number to text
- Adjustment/Fix: The warning graphic position is now updated in real time
- Adjustment/Fix: Obstacle graphic is now reloaded if not loaded initially
- Adjustment/Partial Fix: Obstacle rotation is taken into account for obstacle=>projectile collision
- Fix: Homing bullets now die.
- Fix: Error in playing obstacle spawn SE
- Demo (MZ ONLY): Added some test gameplay modes.
- New (MZ Specifically): Added PIXI Filters library for nice status effects (Glitch, glow, sunray, etc) reference.
