V4.0 progress #2

Hello and welcome to another awesomesauce 0.4 devlog

ive just wanted to say that ive been slacking off again for a while not working at all (really sorry abt that but i really don't know if anybody actually cares about this game lol) but im slowly getting back into actually doing stuff for this

1. ill try my best to release the 0.4 update on the 25th of december but it's not guaranteed that ill be manage to do so
2. bald marty, zippligi and eyemare are getting reworks which will hopefully make them not as annoying to go up against
3. ill try to add an enemy information section to the main menu but if i can't do that ill just save that for a small update later on
4. there will be a settings menu in 0.4
