Bug Fixes Dec 17

Last big push before starting on the next thing ;)

• Fixed a save bug with the act menus (they actually save now!)
• Fixed todo list bug with Blair’s Gotta Pee
• Stopped the cardboard cutout from talking
• Limited alley haircuts to one
• Add zoom out to tarot convo in bar
• Added grief interactions to party 😭
• Animated TV static
• Fixed Vincent’s label from showing when he wasn’t in the bar
• Fixed a dvd bug that may or may not have existed
• General clean up, trying to make it more efficient to run
