Additions

• Tanks will give off a little spark when they bump into something.

Adjustments

• Enemy tank rotation and movement has been smoothed.
• At least one mortar shell will aim directly at the player

Bugfixes

• Enemies will no longer try to reflect bullets off of water.
• Setting player upgrades in the level editor actually works now.
