Castle Update! +tweaks

Added level 08 - Castle Chaos!!!

This level features lasers, conveyors, spikes, cannons, trampolines and stompers in an all-new perilous setting.

Tweaks to other levels include:

• Level 02  - Removal of some scenery, addition of secret coins, changed disappearing platform
• Level 03 - Added a level skip for player's who really struggle with this one, added a start flag
• Level 05 - Changed the disappearing platforms around, and largely changed the scenery for the Stompers and the safe room. Added lasers too. 
• Level 06   Changed location of secret coins, changed scenery, added checkpoint flag
