Changes
- Completely reworked cloud.
- It now uses clouds as a resource to turn into other 'storm aspects', that their respective techniques scale off.
- Reworked all techniques to be related to one of the new storm aspects.
- Most techniques scale infinitely, but with diminishing returns.
- Reworked tournament stances and npcs to use new cloud.
- Reworked all gear to work with new cloud.
- The pill dialog now only closes when the player is out of item uses that round.
- Added a keybinding to open the pill dialog.
- Added keybindings for all crafting actions, and allowed supporting modifiers (Ctrl, Shift, and Alt).
- Reworked combat speed button to be a dropdown.
Balance Changes
- Weakness now scales multiplicately across all sources, including within a buff. E.g. 3 stacks of 10% weakness is now 0.9*0.9*0.9 not 0.7.
- Nerfed Bloodmist slightly.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed eclipse image not showing.
- Fixed stance previews not working.
- Fixed colour of player buttons.
- Fixed Qi Condensation players being able to roll Transcendent masteries.
- Fixed quick access pills not being updated as pills are used.
- Fixed more instances of defense debuff to be vulnerability.
- Removed the steam overlay support, it was causing ghost window issues.
- Fixed consume pill dialog not updating as pills are used.

- Fixed buffs in current combat stats wrapping over the rest of the dialog.
- Fixed triggers that are enhanced by quality triggering more times than they should.

- Added new combat stats, DamageBoost, BarrierBoost, and HealBoost. These act as flat multipliers to the these effects.
