Hi! I made some tweaks to the game to make it a little bit easier to play.

• ROUGH power cost reduced from 50 to 10
• COARSE power cost reduced from 100 to 20
• 1:1 power cost reduced from 150 to 50
• FINE power cost reduced from 200 to 100
• VERY FINE power cost reduced from 800 to 500

I also made some upgrade changes to match these changes, such as power cost upgrades and power regen stats.
