Roses & Rapiers

First and foremost, this update corrected some spelling issues and should have made it a bit easier to read when printed.

Secondly, I have decided to expand this into a full set of carousing rules.  They will be presented in the upcoming project "Roses and Rapiers."  Keep an eye here or on my Substack for more details.
