Patch 1.0.1

Changes:

• fixed mouse input in pause/game over screens
  
• the player can no longer partially hide in the screen border
• adjusted firerate to make the game skip to the interesting part faster
• fixed the game reacting weirdly to the system-wide Display Scale setting
