Pigment v1.0.3 - speedrun timer

I've added an in-game timer for all you speedrunners out there. The timer starts when Start Game is pressed and stops on the last hit of the boss. The timer will pause during loading screens. The timer is disabled by default and can enabled in the Gameplay menu.

v1.0.3 also contains a few minor bug fixes:

• Fix tutorial signs to properly show DualShock button icons when Autodetect is selected.
• Fix an issue where the ESC key was not able to close the pause menu.
