Hotfix Update 12-11b-2025

Two quick fixes:

• added equipment lookup-table to savefile - this should fix future situations where adding equipment types would offset the indices (won’t affect the current equipment shift, but it’ll keep it from happening on future updates)
• building with the Hammer tool should now update the player’s weight
