This is a major update adding a new enemy type along with a treasure related interaction. Mimics have been added to the playtest version of Crit Happens!. Each time you open a chest there is now a slight chance that the chest may be a mimic, triggering a battle with the enemy. Defating a mimic will reward the player with a relic or trinket (Depending on the mimic's colour). Rewards from mimics are typically more powerful than rewards received from regular chests. Trinkets received from mimics will be already upgraded 1 stage, while relics will be picked from a greater rarity pool.
There have also been some minor changes made to the playtest. This version of Crit Happens! was previously labeled as a demo, it has now been re-labeled as a playtest; certain text in the game has been altered to reflect this change. The relic chest has had its colours changed so that it no longer looks visually superior to the trinket chest. Battle speed is now stored in memory between battles so you will no longer need to re-toggle the speed when starting a new battle. Some minor bugs related to damage calculation orders have also been fixed.
