Pyromania Skill, Exploding Oil Lamps and experimental "click to move" option - update log (0.4.7)

The game prototype has been updated (0.4.7):

• New skill added (Pyromania) that affects how long initial Campfires burn. The skill will probably expanded to also affect torches and maybe other mechanics.
• Oil Lamps can now explode if you put Sulfur into them.
• Right Click to move (experimental feature). In the game settings you can now toggle an experimental "Right Click to move" option, to move your character with right click on the map (instead of dragging). This will probably be a settings option for players that prefer this alternative move option (it also makes the fights in the game easier).
• Night Vision potion now starts a visual timer to see how long it lasts.
• Some bugfixes related to Night Vision potion effect.
