๐ Developer Diary #9
Last version introduced a number of essential features the game was missing—such as progression, new ways to earn more Money when completing Requests, additional Campaign situations, new methods of obtaining Pigeones outside of events, and expanded rewards. We hope they made the game-experience more bearable ๐.
Weโll continue working on enhancements from multiple angles as the main plot also moves forward. Here are a few things weโve been working on recently:
- Further optimizations for mobile devices (hopefully reducing crashes)
- Requests now have reactions when they're previewed at the end of each Campaigns day
- Improvements to the Campaign Situation selection algorithm
- Artwork for the next story chapter is progressing well (itโs a big one from the perspective of assets)
- The next special Request is currently being animated (if itโs finished in time, weโll include it in this monthโs update)
- Writing for the upcoming Actor Scenes started
- Working on the upcoming overhaul of the Request system to make it significantly more immersive and engaging (which should improve the Time-Stop aspect of the game—the feature most of you voted the most here)
