I made a small change to the way you lose and gain stress.
Once you've unchecked all comfort boxes in a row, check it's corresponding stress box.
When you regain comfort, check that row's comfort boxes in the same order as you unchecked them. Once you've checked all of a row's comfort boxes, you can uncheck stress in that row.
