Commander's Toolkit - v0.3
I've updated the Commander's Toolkit to v0.3 and added 10 pages of content!
v0.6 Update: Downtime & Campaign Turns
The war doesn't stop when the shooting does. This update adds a full Between Missions system to keep your Squad's story going between firefights.
What's New:
- Campaign Turn structure - A 6-step framework covering Recovery, Reinforcement, Downtime, Requisition, Events, and Briefing
- Two play modes - Integrated Military (roll on Command Allocation tables) or Independent Operators (assign Trooper tasks like Scrounge, Scout, Recruit, and Lay Low)
- Replacement rules - Roll to see if Command sends fresh bodies, or recruit survivors yourself
- Campaign & Character Events - Random tables for war-level shifts and personal Trooper moments
- Pursuit mechanics - For independent squads, the enemy might be hunting you between missions
- Expanded Bonds - More guidance on forming and losing bonds across campaigns
