Draft 1.3 Advancement and Paladin Drawback along with some campaign options

Another quick update. I will be running another campaign with it which sparked conversation and feedback. The debate on armor has come back too - in my head at least. The armor dilemma is a real thing in RPG design. Maybe I will write out my thoughts in full at some point.
