Character Sheet and Draft 1.2

A new character sheet. I mean this thing is serviceable - it has the fields to fill in. To play the game though it needs a CS. I am old school enough that I do not really use a character sheet on a simple game, like MOSR. I can just fill in the fields on an index card or a couple of them.

Another quick update. I went through and tried to clean up the document of little irksome things. Thanks for those that gave feedback.

Also my to do list in no particular order for Draft 1.2. I am in perpetual tinker mode and likely will get some of these done by draft 1.3.
