Hey everyone, time for another development update. A lot has happened these past two weeks, so here’s what we’ve been working on.
Balinda has gotten a pretty big set of updates. Her questline, relationship pacing, and personal story beats have been adjusted and improved. We’re roughly 60 to 70 percent finished with her updates.
She also has a new campfire animation similar to the one shown in Denver’s preview a while ago. Some of her scenes have been rearranged so things feel less abrupt, and the erotic content has been rewritten to feel more direct and steamy rather than poetic.
Chapter 1’s Emergency Exit route has been adjusted again. No more clicking the well repeatedly.
New ship tiles were added as part of Balinda’s content.
A few characters received small visual updates to their portraits.
Minor balance adjustments and small visual bug fixes have also been completed.
We’ve been making progress on Denver’s questline as well. Most of it is entirely new.
Quest descriptions in Chapters 1 and 2 have been rewritten and cleaned up. Requirements and progression tracking should now be much clearer.
We’ve also been working on a new cover, Steam banner, and other storefront graphics.
Patreon’s sell post feature is finally active for us, so the full game can now be purchased there as well.
We’ve joined the New Year’s Naughty Bundle. It will include over 60 games and will go live later this month.
We’ll have another update around Christmas. There won’t be a holiday event this year since the focus is on finishing content for the final release. Yes, the unused Christmas tiles will continue collecting dust for now.
