Lots of little fixes

death screen should show most if not all of the deaths correctly

Added looking up and down to dave vision challenge (not sure if it makes it easier)

Fixed a speech bubble multiplying under certain conditions

Fixed turning on power ups with game pad

Log book now opens properly when a pad is disconnected

Power up timer now goes red when there is 3 second left
