Content Update 12-02-2025

A bunch of new polish updates:

• changed the drill sound to a better one and also added a wind-down sound when releasing the drill button
• added Block Filters to craftables and made a scroll view so there can be as many craftables per category as needed
• improved material tooltip attached to the cursor so it includes material name, formula, and temperature, as well as hardness if > 0
• added altimeter to the HUD
• added brush-size control for the Hand Tool (hotkey: ALT+mousewheel)
• added ability to draw a dotted line with the Hammer using RMB
