Finished the basic Form of Number game

Now the basic functions exist and work:

• You can make Powerplants of all types and they produce energy
• Everything is now showed in the GUI
• Energy is produced now and turned into money
• Power Plants are now actually produced, instead of a number with a modifier

Features in plan for tomorrow:

• Add Co2 and Nuclear Pollution
• Rebalancing the Costs and effectivitiness of power plants, as it is currently a bit weird.
• Maybe make modifiers based on the weather system?
