Content Update 11-30-2025

This update adds a LOT of special mechanical pixels, as well as some nice quality-of-life updates!

NOTE: this will scramble the identities of inventory materials in previous saves (but not the world) - so if you want to keep existing materials you should drop them in the world first before updating build. I will add some versioning stuff in savefiles to address when we have breaking changes in the future.

Here are the new things this build adds!

CRAFTABLE PIXELS:

• Reversible Conveyor Belt (changes direction based on the on/off signal)
• Heat Resistant Glass (good for melting materials inside it using the laser without being melted itself)
• Heat Resistant Sensor (good for having a sensor inside your forge)
• Lifter - this gives a MUCH easier way to create channels that lift materials when making machines
• Plasma Gun - this pixel, when triggered, shoots a plasma pixel in a direction that can ignite materials
• Seed pixel (in Prototype category): this is a little preview of growing things with seeds - you can use these to make little trees that can be burned to get new charcoal (you can also blend charcoal into carbon, so this is a good way to replenish Carbon)
• Rubber Ball pixel (in Prototype category): these constantly bounce back and forth, and will change direction at a right angle. You can use them to trigger buttons, and make channels of different sizes to time their button presses.

QUALITY-OF-LIFE:

• when picking up materials, ALWAYS fill incomplete slots first
• all sorting buttons in the material inventory now auto-stack
• added console command “free” - this makes all upgrades and craftable pixels free

CONTENT:

• added family of halide replacement reactions in aqueous solution
• added all phase changes for Chlorine, Bromine, and Iodine
• added reactions to dissolve halide salts in water and evaporate them out

MISC:

• changed the Crafting System cost message to be simpler (“GET 3”)
• Oxygen Meter now turns on when we are inside of a volume of non-oxygen gas
